BEIJING - The Chinese government will promote contracted family doctor services among priority groups this year, including the elderly, pregnant women and children, according to the National Health Commission (NHC).The targeted groups also include patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, as well as those with severe mental disorders. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will pay an official visit to China from Oct 31 to Nov 2 at the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang, Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang announced on Tuesday.
